My keys are gray, what do I do?

When your Smartkeys in your VIZpin SMART app are gray you will need to do one of the following:

  • Pull down on your screen in the VIZpin SMART app, this will refresh your app and regenerate new Smartkeys.

  • Force close out of your app and then open your app back up, this will also regenerate your Smartkeys for you.
