My keys are gray, what do I do?
When your Smartkeys in your VIZpin SMART app are gray you will need to do one of the following:
Pull down on your screen in the VIZpin SMART app, this will refresh your app and regenerate new Smartkeys.
Force close out of your app and then open your app back up, this will also regenerate your Smartkeys for you.
