User not receiving SMS verification code

If a user is having issues receiving our SMS verification code, there may be a setting preventing the message from getting to you. There are two things that can be done to try and fix this.

  1. Check your devices Blocked/Spam lists.

    1. On iOS, you can go to Settings > Apps > Messages > Blocked Contacts. Please make sure that the number 844-611-0402 is not on your block list.

    2. On Android, you can go to Messages and tap on your account name. One of the options should be Spam and Blocked. Tap on that and make sure you don’t see our SMS service number listed. 844-611-0402

  2. Add a new contact for our SMS provider with the number 844-611-0402. Some customers have reported that even if they couldn’t see anything in step 1, they could see when adding this number as a customer that messages were blocked.

You can add a user to your account and manually verify them if they are not receiving the SMS code on their phone.

You will then be able to grant access.
