I tap the Smartkey in my app and the VIZpin Smart Device shows a green LED but the door remains locked.
This is most likely an issue with the installation’s wiring, door/lock alignment, hardware failures, insufficient power supplies, or a conflict with another component such as a key switch. Test each component individually to isolate the cause of the failure.
