How to Revoke Card Access
In order to revoke card access please follow these steps:
Login to VIZpin.net and click on Revoke Access
Select the user by checking the box on the left hand side of their name, then click “Revoke All” button at the bottom of the page
Click OK on the pop-ups
After revoking access in the portal, any user with a valid smartkey must go to each door that was revoked and do the following:
Open the VIZpin Smart app and refresh by swiping down the center of the app
Unlock the door by tapping the green open button
Once the door relocks, tap the green open button again for a second time to complete the update
To check if you have completed the updates for revoking access, you can go to VIZpin.net and navigate to Additional Actions>Manage Smart Devices. On that page, you will see a list of devices on your account, and can review the “last updated” column. If the column is green, your update has been completed. If it is yellow, you can hover over that column to see how many updates still remain.
NOTE: Until that column is green, do not go back to make any additional changes for any users.
