Revoke Access

Revoking access is even simpler than granting it. Simply go to Revoke Access, select the users, and click revoke. You can also choose to remove users from your account so they do not appear in your user list.

If you need to remove a user without access from your account, you can do so by navigating to the manage users page. Once there select the users and click Remove Users.

If you revoke fob access someone will need to refresh their app and unlock the affected smart devices with a valid smartkey to update them to no longer accept the fob. See Grant Fob Access.

Instructions

  1. Login to VIZpin.net

  2. click Revoke Access

  3. Select the user(s)

  4. Click Revoke

  5. Click OK to confirm you will revoke all access for the user(s)

  6. Click OK if you want to remove the user from your account or you can cancel to keep them associated with your account.

  7. Click OK to confirm.
