Pausing or Suspending a User's Access
We’re often asked if you can suspend or pause a user’s access if needed for situations where they may not pay their monthly membership fee for example. We currently do not have an option to fully suspend or pause a user’s access so that they cannot unlock the door. However, you can switch their role to limit their access down to a 15-minute window on only one day.

Create a new role that you name “temporary access” or “suspended access” or something similar that you will recognize when you need it. This role should have custom access for one device, and only include a fifteen minute window on one day. (typicaly managers choose a time when their facility is either staffed or unlikely time for someone to come)
Do not revoke access for your user, simply go into the Grant Access area and re-grant access to the temporary access role you created.
If you want to reinstate full access to the user, you can then go into the Grant Access area again re-grant access to their original role.
