I granted access to a FOB but it still does not unlock the door. What to do?
After granting access to a FOB, the change must be applied to the VIZpin Smart Device. This can be done by any app user by simply refreshing the VIZpin SMART app and tapping the Smartkey to unlock the Smart Device. See the step-by-step video at https://vizpin.com/tech-tip-videos/.
