What happens if I get a new phone?

If you get a new phone but still have the same phone number, you can simpy download the VIZpin Smart app onto your phone and login with your existing phone number and password. It will require you to do SMS verification, then once you’re logged in any existing smartkeys you have will be available.

If you also changed you’re phone number, you’ll need to re-register as a new user and the building manager will need to grant you access again.

PLEASE NOTE: As soon as you login to your new phone, your credentials on your old phone will no longer be valid. If you try switching between the old phone and your new phone more than once, the system will flag your user for potential fraud for sharing credentials. You will then need to reach out to your Building Manager to have them verify your user again.
