Smartphone Bluetooth Range is typically 30-40 feet.

VIZpin Bluetooth FOB’s Range is typically 10 feet.

Materials such as metal doors, plates and housings can casue latency. Be sure the VIZpin Smart Reader is in a clear line of sight of the Smartphone or FOB.

VIZpin recommends that acrylic/plastic housings are used for VP1s.
