Fixing Bluetooth Connection - Samsung Phones

We have had a few android users with Sasmsung phones (Galaxy S23, S24) that all permissions are correct but the app will not connect and present a green open button. Have the user follow these steps in this EXACT ORDER to resolve:

  1. Force-close the VIZpin Smart app

  2. Go into phone settings>apps>VIZpin Smart and then tap into the storage area. Click “Clear storage”

  3. Uninstall the VIZpin Smart app

  4. Restart the phone

  5. Re-download the VIZpin Smart app

  6. Carefully allow all permissions as prompted

    1. Bluetooth must be on

    2. Location Permissions all the time

    3. Nearby Devices allowed

  7. Login and check smartkey for green open button when in Bluetooth range
