You have no favorite Smartkeys

If a user has been granted access, but sees a message “You have no favorite Smartkeys”, they may have inadvertently tapped the “star” favorites icon but haven’t yet designated any Smartkeys. They can simply tap the “star” icon again and they should see the VIZpin SMART app refresh and be able to view all available Smartkeys.
