How do I get a Visitor Access Code?

If you have one of our VIZitor Access Keypads, you can generate keypad codes for visitors directly from the app or from the management portal!

Visitor access codes are temporary codes that can be enter into the keypad to grant access. Generated codes will be deactivated with the next smartphone unlock. So, you should always generate a code when the visitor is at the door.

Get a Visitor Code in the VIZpin Smart App

Instructions

  1. Login to the VIZpin Smart App

  2. Tap the +info icon below the desired smart key

  3. Tap Get Visitor Code

  4. Tap Get Visitor Code in the popup to confirm

  5. Share the code with your visitor and have them enter it on the VIZitor Access Keypad.

Get a Visitor Code in the Management Portal

Instructions

  1. Login to VIZpin.net

  2. Click Grant Access

  3. Click Get Visitor Code

  4. Click Get Code next to the desired door

  5. Share the code with the visitor so they can enter it on the VIZitor Access Keypad.
