Grant vProx Access
If you are using a Door/Gate Controller in a vProx configuration with a Wiegand card reader granting access has a few different steps.
Firstly, you cannot set expiration dates for vProx access. Secondly, after granting access you must add the card number that is generated to your access control system.
This setup allows you to enhance an existing card reader by allowing smartphone access.
Instructions
Login to VIZpin.net
Click Grant Access
Click Grant Smartphone Access
Check Needs Access to filter for users without access
Select the desired user(s) and click Continue
Select the desired role and click Continue
Click OK
Click Additional Actions
Click Manage Users
Enter the user’s card number into your access control system
