Add a Fob
Users that are unable to use the smartphone app can still get access using a Bluetooth fob. However, fobs have several limitations:
They cannot have individually scheduled access, their access must be 24/7 or follow the Smart Device’s schedule. Also, a maximum of 512 fobs can be granted access to a Bluetooth Controller and 32 for a Smartlock.
Once a fob is added you will still need to grant it access.
Instructions
Login to VIZpin.net
Click Additional Actions
Click Manage Users
Click Add a Card/Fob User
Enter the desired name
Enter the fob serial number
Click Save
The fob will now need to be granted access
