Update Door/Gate Controller Firmware

Updating a Door/Gate Controller requires the use of an Android phone. The Firmware Updater app is only available on the Google Play store.
Please download the VIZpin Firmware Updater App from your App Store. Then log in to the Firmware App with your phone number and the password that you use on your VIZpin App.
When logged in, you will see a list of readers in range and will be able to choose Update*
*If the current Firmware is lower than 1.19 you'll need to put the reader into programming mode. You can do this by pressing and holding the button on the front of the reader for about 4-5 seconds, two separate times. First time you press and hold you will see a blue light, second time the controller will turn and stay yellow. Yellow indicates programming mode, now you can use the app to update.
