Verify a Blocked User

Whenever a user logs into different phones several times in a few days, they are flagged by our Fraud Detection System as potential fraud. These users are blocked from logging into their app until an account manager or admin verifies them.

This system is intended to identify users who may be attempting to provide access to unauthorized personnel. When a user is blocked all managers and admins are notified via email.

Instructions

  1. Login to VIZpin.net

  2. Click Additional Actions

  3. Click Manage Users

  4. Select the checkbox next to the blocked user

  5. Click Verify Users

  6. The user is now unblocked and can use their VIZpin Smart app
