New user?

 Did you register/sign up through the app?

Users will need to run through the registration process and set up an account tied to the cell phone number. This will ask you to provide your name, country, phone number and password.

 Did you receive your SMS verification code?

To prevent others from trying to use your credentials, we use SMS verification. Some carriers will not deliver these SMS messages. If you did not receive your SMS code to verify your number either during registration or a password reset, please email support@vizpin.com and include your name, phone number and a time to call you back. Please note, to confirm your identity, we will need to call the number of the phone that you are registering.

Current User?

 Did you get a new phone AND a new number?

Since your account is tied to your cellphone number, if you get a new phone number you will need to register this new number. From the login page of the app, please click Sign Up/Register and go through the process you had done with your old number. Once you are logged back in, you will need to submit your access request to your building manager and they will need to regrant your keys.

 Can't remember your password?

Tap on the Forgot Password link from the login screen. You will be sent a SMS code to verify your identity and then you will be able to reset it. All passwords must be set to a minimum of 7 characters.

 Did you get a new phone BUT kept your old number?

If you recently upgraded your phone and kept your phone number, you should be able to download the app and login. If you don’t remember your password, you can use the Forgot Password link. You will need to verify your identity via SMS code as part of the login process. Once you log back in you will see all of your keys again.

 I just reset my password, but the app isn't allowing me to enter it and log in...

There is a bug on iOS only that allows you to set a password that is too short, but you cannot tap the login button with less than 7 characters entered in the password field. If this has occurred to you, please reset your password (again if necessary), and make sure you enter one that is 7 characters or longer. This issue will be fixed in a future iOS app update and does not impact Android users.
