Please download the VIZpin Firmware Updater App from your App Store. Then log in to the Firmware App with your phone number and the password that you use on your VIZpin App.
When logged in, you will see a list of readers in range and will be able to choose Update *

*If the current Firmware is lower than 1.19 you'll need to put the reader into admin mode. You can do this by pressing and holding the button on the front of the reader for about 4-5 seconds twice (first time you do it you should see blue light, second time it should turn and stay yellow). Once in yellow- you can use the app to update.
