If a user receives a pop-up message that “Scanning is not activated” when attempting to use the VIZpin SMART app on an iOS device, this indicates that they have not enabled Bluetooth for the VIZpin app specifically.

Users should navigate to their phone settings, and scroll down until they see all the apps on their phone. They should then click on the VIZpin SMART app and enable Bluetooth for that app. Once this is done, and Bluetooth is enabled in general on their phone, the app should function normally.
