This video with show you how to download and register your smartphone on the VIZpin SMART app.
All users of the VIZpin system will need to install the VIZpin SMART app from either the App Store (iPhone users) or the Google Play Store (android users).
After installation of the app is complete you will click the VIZpin app and will be taken to the screen that says login or sign up you will select new user sign up button.
Follow the registration form and fill out with all accurate information.
You will then be taken the section where you will enter your phone number. It is important to make sure that your phone can receive SMS messages.
If the next button remains disabled after completing all fields on the screen- ensure that all information is valid and matches the associated information field necessary.
After completing all required information the VIZpin server will send you an SMS containing a security code. This code must be entered into the VIZpin smart app to complete registration
After registration is complete you will be prompted to end a location ID to request access to a specific site. The location ID is available from the building manager. However this is not a required field and can be bypassed by simply clicking continue.
You may also enter a personal note such as an an apartment number, company name, or job title.
If you are not bypassing simply tap request access and this will notify your building manager via email and they can now grant you access with a VIZpin key. Until they do so your VIZpin Smartkey list will remain empty.

Below is the SMART User Guide that you will receive that will have your unique location ID. The location ID is what you will enter when registering your phone- this will then associate your phone with the account from the location ID. Its as simple as that!
