Device Firmware Update app. Follow the steps below:
Request the latest firmware ZIP file by submitting a support ticket at EntegritySmart.com/get-help
Download the most recent firmware locally to your files on your Android Device
Please contact support@vizpin.com to obtain latest Firmware ZIP file
The firmware should be left as a ZIP file and not extracted
Download the Device Firmware Update (developer: Nordic Semiconductor ASA) from the app store https://play.google.com/store/apps/details?id=no.nordicsemi.android.

Open app and scroll down and select DFU (Device Firmware Upgrade)

Open Device Firmware Update app
On the smartlock, use a paper clip to press down in pinhole for 5 seconds to ready device (should beep when activated)

In app, you'll click "Select Device" button at the bottom of the screen

It will scan available devices and you'll select "VIZpin_DFU"

Next you will select "Distribution Packet (ZIP)" as the file type

Next you will select "all" for the scope
...

Then you will click "Select file" and find the file from step 1 above. You should select the ZIP file itself, not any of the individual files contained within the file.
Then click "Upload"

Tap on Select to select your firmware ZIP file
Navigate to the location on your phone that you saved the firmware ZIP file. Tap on it to select. You will be returned to the screen below showing your selected firmware file.
Now tap on the Select button to find the device. The device you are looking for will be named VIZpin_DFU. Tap on it to select it. Once again, you will return to the screen below showing your firmware file and the device that you’ve selected.
Once you’ve pointed to the firmware and selected the device to update, tap on Start to begin the firmware update..
You will see the progress in action and takes less than a minute to cycle through
Once completed, the Smart lock should beep again.
Wait 30 seconds and press Open on your VIZpin Smart App
