Do we need any additional hardware on the door when a VIZpin Smartlock is installed?

All you need is the Smartlock and batteries. You do not need an electronic lock or a power supply. This is a fully functional product that is going to replace the door hardware (the handle on your door) and is battery operated. You will simply add the batteries into the battery pack and then you will be able to install this on the door.
