I edited my Smart Device settings on the VIZpin.net Portal but the Smart Device is still using the old settings.
Updated settings must be sent to the Smart Device before they take effect. VIZpin Smart Device are not connected to the cloud via WiFi or otherwise, therefore settings are applied to the Smart Device when an app user unlocks the door.
After making and saving your changes a user must refresh the VIZpin SMART app and tap the smartkey to unlock the door. The VIZpin Smart Device’s LED will go dark for a few seconds as it reboots. The updated settings will be reflected when it returns to a pulsing red LED.
