App always shows a Red "Lock" button for an Entegrity Deadbolt

If the button for an Entegrity Deadbolt is always showing a red lock button and is not allowing you to engage with the outside thumb turn, the dipswitches are incorrect on the board.

You will need to take the deadbolt off of the inside of the door to get access to the board. You will then need to make sure that the dipswitches from Left to Right are UP - DOWN - DOWN - DOWN like this:
