How do I change a user's role?
If you want to change a user from an existing role to a different role, you can simply grant access again and select the new role.
Login to VIZpin.net
Click Grant Access
Click Grant Smartphone Access
Use the filter icon (blue funnel) to also check “With Smartkeys” to see all users with smartkeys as well. You can then scroll until you find the user or search by name as well.
Once you find the user, check the box on the left of their name and click Continue
On the next screen, select the new role you want this user to have and click Continue
Click OK on the pop
Click Grant VIZpin on the last page (you can adjust access dates if necessary)
