Refresh a Specific Smartkey in the VIZpin Smart App

 

If a smart device has been idle for a long period of time, or if you are using fobs/3rd party devices such as cards or keypads, there may be a lot of data stored on the device. All of that data needs to get pushed up to the cloud-server. To do this, you should first unlock the device with your smartphone and check the activity record to see if your unlock appears on the list. Next, go to the info page in the app for that device, then click the refresh icon. Wait about 30 seconds before refreshing again. Check the activity records and repeat until you see the most recent unlock.
