I can't generate a visitor code in the VIZpin Smart App.
If you get the message "You have requested the maximum amount of visitor codes. Please contact your building manager for assistance," it’s because you’ve reached the maximum number of codes for the time being. Each building manager designates a certain number of codes that each user can generate during a certain period of time. If you've encountered this error and need to let more guests into your property, you should contact your building manager and they can either generate more codes for you or adjust the limits.
