You Have No Smartkeys

If you open the VIZpin SMART app and see the message “You have no Smartkeys. Please contact the building manager” there are two possible reasons:

  1. You have not actually been granted access. You will need to reach out to the person who instructed you to download the app and ask them whether or not they have granted you access. Once they do, you should then have Smartkeys in your app to unlock doors.

  2. You may have tapped the “favorites” star icon on the top right of the app but haven’t actually selected any Smartkeys as favorites. If this is highlighted teal green, you can tap it to disable. Once you do that, you should see your Smartkeys return.
