No, users With the Entegrity Smart Video Intercom service you do have an option to remotely unlock a door for a visitor. When the visitor is at the door, they can use the Entegrity Smart Intercom app to look up the resident/tenant and place a video call. The resident/tenant can then see who is at the door, and press a button to unlock the door during that video call. If you do not have the Entegrity Smart Video Intercom, a user must be within Bluetooth range (10 meters/30 ft.) and use the VIZpin SMART app to unlock.
