VIZpin is not paired with your phone like a Bluetooth speaker or carkit and will never require you to enter a PIN. Instead, all communication between your phone and VIZpin is done through the VIZpin SMART app.
When connecting your phone you will receive a unique Location ID that you will type in at registration. This will then send an email to the account manager stating that you are requesting access. The manager will then be able to grant you access.
